SOA approach to municipal e-services

The paper provides SOA solution for municipal public services. Access is multichannel - done through a web portal and through a call center, built in the municipality. It's a real working system integration of technical solutions from different vendors. With the system are re-engineered different business/working processes in the administrations. Every municipality has a lot of people around the world and with this SOA based e-services serve them easily. Except the core activities, the project provides and additional services as Wi-Fi Internet in the area of the municipality.
