Point pattern relaxation matching: invariant to rotations and scale changes

A point pattern relaxation matching method which is invariant to rotation and scale changes is proposed. Experimental results with large simulated images prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the method to perform point pattern relaxation matching invariant to rotation and scale changes.
