Structural properties in decentralized control
Chee-Yee Chong · 1982
Some structural properties in decentralized control are investigated using the philosophy previously introduced in structural controllability. Explicit tests are given on when a multi-channel linear system can be made both controllable and observable from a single channel by applying nondynamic decentralized feedback to all channels.
