Some stability criteria for cellular neural networkswith sigmoidal nonlinearities

Some sufficient conditions are presented concerning the stability of equilibrium points of cellular neural networks (CNNs) with continuously differentiable sigmoidal nonlinearities. This type of nonlinearity represents a more realistic model of analogue circuit implementation than the usual piecewise-linear function.
