The use of a projector–digitizer–calculator combination for the interpretation of diffraction photographs

Pál Gadó, Agnes Griger, T. Turmezey · Journal of Applied Crystallography · 1975

An arrangement is described in which a 6 cm square area of film is projected onto a digitizer platen. Features of interest are scanned manually and the output fed to a Hewlett-Packard desk calculator, which is programmed to process the data, but can be used interactively. Applications to Guinier-type X-ray photographs and electron diffraction photographs are described.
