A Branched Andreev-Thurston Theorem for Circle Packings of the Sphere

Our interest is in the existence and uniqueness of collections of circles on the Riemann sphere with prescribed combinatoric patterns, prescribed angles of overlap, and prescribed branch sets. The central result in this topic is the following, commonly referred to now as the Andreev-Thurston Theorem.
