Act II - Scene I - data integrity

The National Institute of Standards and Technology held a Workshop on Data Integrity in January 1989 to try to identify and analyze the properties of computer security that go beyond confidentiality. A strawman position paper, which was written to promote discussion at the Workshop, called this property Integrity. Confusion developed among some of the workshop participants over the characterization and attributes of integrity.
