On Some Non-Staadard Finitely Additive Probability Measures

Antonio Maturo · Journal of Information and Optimization Sciences · 1992

We consider some finitely additive probability measures which allow to solve in a simple way many problems of statistical inference that, usually, are not solvable considering the σ-additive probability measures. Moreover, we study some non standard probability measures which are based on the new notions of “pseudoprobability” and “probability measures which single out the elementary events”.
