Capacitive negasensor with frequency output

Using of C-negatrons (devices with negative capacitance) allows increasing a sensitivity of analog and frequency capacitive sensors and, correspondingly, accuracy of non-electrical values measurement. The paper considers capacitive sensor array with frequency output on C-negatrons, which has large sensitivity and simple implementation.
