Molby: Graphical Molecular Modeling Software with Integrated Ruby Interpreter

Abstract Molby is graphical molecular modeling software that runs on Windows and Macintosh computers. It has useful features for coordination compounds such as built-in support for universal force field and metal–π bonds. Molby has an embedded Ruby interpreter that can be used for interactive numeric processing and extending the program.
