Application of Hierarchical Neural Networks for Encryption of Binary Information

An approach to encryption of binary information by the exchange method, which employs specific features of information processing by hierarchical neural networks, has been analyzed. A technology for synthesizing hierarchical neural networks with structural homogeneity and regular inter-element relations has been suggested.
