6.2.4 Evolutionary Project Management (Evo): How to Manage Project Benefits and Costs
Tom Gilb · INCOSE International Symposium · 2003
Abstract Evolutionary project management is one of many non‐waterfall (Iterative, Incremental, Spiral, Evolutionary Acquisition) project management methods used in industry today. The variation described here is the current view of the author, who has applied Evo since 1960 on real projects, both personally and through clients and students. The central distinctive characteristic of this version of Evo is its focus on quantified specification and tracking of multiple performance and cost requirements during early and frequent Evo steps of result delivery to stakeholders.
