A block encoding before the correction of errors has been considered for the quantum key distribution protocol with phase-time encoding. As compared to the other known quantum key distribution protocols, block encoding ensures the best results in terms of the allowable critical errors; therefore, the protocol with phasetime encoding is most stable under external actions.
