Construction of quantum states with bound entanglement

We introduce a family of bound-entangled quantum states in $3\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}3$ dimensions. Their density matrix $\ensuremath{\rho}$ depends on seven independent parameters and has four different nonvanishing eigenvalues.
