Study of oscillations in aerohydroelastic systems by discrete spectral analysis

Gamlet S. Khanyan · Journal of Machinery Manufacture and Reliability · 2011

The issues of aerohydrodynamics are considered from the viewpoint of spectral analysis based on the discrete Fourier transformation, a developing area of digital signal processing. The high-precision methods for spectral estimating the amplitude-phase-frequency characteristics of the rapidly varying processes occurring in gas-air flow ducts of aircraft engines, power gas-turbine plants, in components and blocks of other rotating machines are proposed. The developed methods are success-fully used in bench tests for aircraft engines.
