MOST variable resistor and its application to an AGC amplifier
Hiroaki Ikeda · IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits · 1970
A new variable resistor circuit (the resistance of which varies over a range of 0.8 to 50 k/spl Omega/) that uses the transconductance of an MOS transistor operating in the saturated current region, and its application as the feedback resistor of an AGC amplifier are described.
