A Contribution to the Automatic Processing of Electrocardiograms Using Syntactic Methods

A syntactic method for analysing ECG waveforms considered as a multichannel process is presented. A procedure is designed in order to extract the time evolution of the rhythm using the energy of the ECG derivatives.
