TSGen: a tool for modeling of frame loss in streaming video

Abstract Packet loss affects the quality of streaming video. We describe a new Time Series Generator (TSGen) tool to generate a time series that models video packet loss phenomena by capturing both the moment and autocorrelation signatures of frame loss in a video stream.
