A translator from C to a λ-calculus representation

We describe a translator from C to a representation based on the, λ-calculus; the representation can be annotated with execution statistics obtained by running the C program. This tool may be of use in projects investigating the analysis and transformation of programs, particularly those that involve optimization under explicit cost models.
