On the spectral radius of matrices

Let be the spectral radius of 4, and As is well knownp(A) = A RC . In this paper we give some sufficient and necessary conditions that p(A) = A RC . Our results are convenient for some applications in matrix functions and convergence criterion of linear iteration methods.
