How to Build a Web Site in Six Easy Steps

Instructions are given in non-technical terms for building a simple web site using Netscape Navigator or Communicator's web editor. The six steps include: (1) organizing information, (2) creating a page and a background, (3) linking files (4) linking to internet web pages (5) linking images, and (6) linking an email address. Also, advice for sending the web page to the server is given.
