dilatation and so on).Not only the clinical attacks but the subclinical ones were observed in the EEG's tracing as rhythmic spikes particularly on the hippocampal leads.These phenomena were not obtained in cases of the reticular electrolysis.On the other side, the afterdischarges elicited by the hippocampal stimulation were more intensive and longer lasting in CG than in any other regions.From these observations it would be obvious that CG has especially intimate functional interrelations with the hippocampus, and further investigations are being continued by us.
