The risk of malicious threats from cyber-criminals is just as significant for small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) as it is for larger organisations. Smaller companies are using, producing and storing larger amounts of data, making the potential gains from a successful hack or security breach involving a small organisation far higher than they were five years ago.
