The paper is devoted to Shannon function of “power” of planar circuits that implement Boolean functions. We consider two measures of power. The first measure is potential; it is equal to the number of outputs of gates that are equal to one for the given input collection. The second measure is defened for pairs of input collections; it is equal to the number of outputs of gates that are different for members of the given pair. For these measureswe consider average and maximal values for all possible input collections. We obtain the order of Shannon function of circuit power; it particular, we show that the order of Shannon function for both measures is the same and is equal to 2 n/2 .
