Supermartingales on Semifinite Von Neumann Algebras

Martingales and Supermartingales associated with ‘non commutative’ L1 are shown to converge almost everywhere. The processes considered are indexed by the non negative real numbers and the algebra from which L1 is constructed is semifinite.
