Local Controllability and Infinitesimal Generators of Semigroups of Set-Valued Maps

We study the semigroup properties of reachable sets of a differential inclusion \[x' \in F(x)\] using the derivative of the set-valued map which associates to each initial state the set of solutions. The results are applied to the local controllability problem.
