Capacity analysis of the multi-service cellular systems with MIMO

Based on the new concept which is called the equivalent minimum acceptable carrier-to-interference ratio (EMACIR), a new method is proposed to analyze the capacity of the multi-service cellular systems with MIMO (multiple input multiple output). Conveniently, the method can predict the outage capacity of the multi-service cellular system after deploying multiple antennas based on the parameters which are already known in the existing SISO (single input single output) system.
