Textbooks for teaching C++

Until recently, there were very few materials available for teaching C++ and object-oriented programming. I taught a new course in that subject this spring, and we are considering changing from Pascal to C++ in our first year computer science sequence; thus, I have been collecting books from publisher's reps and the ACM conference. Lab manuals are scarce, but some texts come with disks of the programs in the text that could be used in a lab situation. A short review of texts that I've recently obtained follows.
