Quantum Cryptography in Practical Networks

Quantum Key Distribution (QKD), which carries the promise of fundamentally secure communications, has reached a point of relative maturity and first commercial offerings. In this talk I will describe several technical challenges impeding the broad deployment of QKD systems in real-world networks.
