Supercompact cubic multiwavelets and algorithm with splitting

New type of Hermitian multiwavelets of degree 3 is investigated. Efficient algorithm for the wavelet decomposition as a parallel solution of two independent three-diagonal systems of linear equations with strict diagonal domination is received.
