The public service platform of life-long education is a very important link for constructing the life-long education system, and it is also the necessary technical support for undertaking life-long education. With the theories of life-long education and life-long learning as the guidance, the paper makes designs and illustrations in aspects of technical construction, models of software systems, business logic and platform characteristics and outlines a public service platform of life-long education based on cloud computing and ubiquitous computing.
