Summary of the SIGOIS general membership survey October 1991

One of the initiatives of the SIGOIS leadership is to become more responsive to our members. In order for us to plan on how we could become more effective, we issued a general membership survey in October 1991.The information from these surveys has been summarized and is currently being used as we develop new directions, and strengthen old ones, for our organization. This is a report on the summary information from the survey and a look at how we are trying to apply what we have learned.
