Mobile Traffic Data Collection/Processing and Its Applications

This paper has presented a new traffic collection measure combining two functions of SMS and locating in mobile communication. First some traditional traffic detection and inquiry methods, and the principle of mobile communication and locating are introduced. The design of electronic diary and its contents are given. Finally the general process of data collection, transmission to the joint database and analysis of whole system are described.
