Structuring heterogeneous data associated with a web service

In this paper, we propose architecture for web service by using the Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) technique and Java Persistence API (JPA) framework showing the headlines of Hibernate and its generalizations. It is integrated with Java Enterprise Edition 5. This will be implemented architecture to structure and manage heterogeneous data of a medical information system.
