Self-Organized radio wireless networks are composed of dynamically distributed mobile nodes without any wired backbone or centralized entities. This network is known MANET. In this paper, we proposed traffic load Estimation method based on an exponential decrease function and then present in Traffic-Sensitive S-TDMA Scheduling algorithm. Furthermore, we look into two parameters window size and gamma. This traffic estimation method based on exponential decrease function may also work for other traffic models if fine tuning of the above parameters have been made. In general The Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol is responsible for how this radio resource is divided between the nodes. Spatial Time Division Multiple Access (S-TDMA) is an example of MAC protocol. By definition, optimum network performance is achieved when the average packet delay is minimized.
