A modal Θ-valent approach of the notion of code

The notion of modal Θ-valent set (mΘs) noted (A, Fα ) is defined by F. Ayissi Eteme in [5]. In this note the purpose is to define on A a notion of code which respects its structure of mΘs. Hoping that this approach will bring something of interest to the notion of code as presented by Papini O. & Wolfman J. in 1995 [6] or Mercier D.J. in 1998 [7].
