Increasing the sensitivity of resistive and capacitive external-action sensors

The contribution from the relaxation process to the permittivity of a dielectric at high frequencies is shown to depend on the square of the total contribution from this process to the conductivity. The contribution from the relaxation process to the conductivity of a dielectric at low frequencies depends on the square of the total contribution from the relaxation process to the real part of the dielectric permittivity. On this basis, we suggest a method for increasing the sensitivity of resistive and capacitive external-action sensors.
