Image restoration by conditional deconvolution in the basis of discrete Hadamard transform

An algorithm for image restoration by conditional deconvolution in the basis of Hadamard transform is suggested. Symbolic methods are used for generating matrix expressions which allows to significantly improve accuracy calculation and speed of numerical calculation.
