Implementation of Smartphone Server System for Remote Monitoring·Control

These days, the user response to the smartphone is very positive because of its serviceability and various utilization of applications. The need of smartphonebased server which can monitor and control surrounding information at anytime, anywhere is being emphasized. In this paper, a server system which can effectively monitor and control surrounding information on personal smartphone will be designed and realized with Arduino platform. The suggested system can monitor and control the information of sensor value at anytime, anywhere in realtime with wireless connection to existing high-speed internet. So the inconvenient and established PC-based problems are resolved. For that, in this paper, we realized general WiFi module-connected server system which can monitor and control surrounding information. From the experiment results, we confirmed the user’s smartphone accurately received and controlled the data that server system transmitted.
