Commentary on "Damaged Merchandise?"

An interesting dialogue about the issues raised by Gray and Salzman surfaced in the first round of reviews, and it occurred to us that this dialogue could be of value to the readers of Human–Computer Interaction. We invited a number of people in the field to submit commentaries on the article. These were reviewed and revised, with all commentators seeing each others’ comments, as well as Gray and Salzman’s final article.
