An Exainination Of Three IssuesThree aspects of tlte problen~ of library reorganization are considered with specific reference tq scientific and technological libraries: the• politics of centralization; the concept of accessibility; and the interaction of science and technology.Although these aspects are central to library reorganization, their impact on the structure of university scientific and technical libraries has yet to be understood in order to provide a rational basis of decision making by university administrators, librarians, and library users.
