Note on the computer inversion of Fourier transforms

O. Wing, M. Silverberg · Electronics Letters · 1967

Two schemes to improve the accuracy of the Cooley-Tukey algorithm are presented. One scheme extends the truncated spectrum many-fold, and the other yields an increase in the number of samples. Both are achieved without increasing the memory capacity, but with a slight increase in computer time.
