Bullet-Time is a camera work to make the observer feel like transitioning from side to side by switching multiple-view images capturing an object. Simple switching operation realizes Bullet-Time effect, if the position and orientation of the cameras are set up so that all the optical axes intersect at a point. Practically, however, it is difficult to realize such set up in some case. For example, the setting up time is limited or the target point is moving. To solve this problem, Tomita et al. [Tomita et al. 2008] proposed a method to virtually rotate the multiple cameras by using a homography projection transform so that the target point is observed at the center of all captured images.
