An effective, efficient method for scheduling services and coordinating documentation is desirable for any data processing center large or small. The small remote user has needs which differ from those of the large central computing facility, partly because with the smaller staff individuals perform multiple jobs, and also because the absence of one member from the team is a significant factor.
