This talk is mainly about the Ada programming styles that users can adopt to exploit the optimisation capabilities of the Digital Equipment Corporation's VAX1 Ada compiler. We also discuss what users can do optimize the compilation performance of the VAX Ada compiler, and engage in some crystal ball gazing.
