Research the collision detection of the unattended substation high-voltage warning area purposed to find a balance between real-time and accuracy, we proposed a detection algorithm based on the moving capsule body collide high-voltage warning area within the scope of the video crossing areas: centered on each camera, built a combination of polynomials of the high-voltage warning area polygon, used the 3D human body vertical projection circle with the combination of polynomials of simultaneous equations multiple verification, achieved the detection that judge from the multi-angle whether the moving human touched the high-voltage warning area. It avoids the insufficient evidence due to the angle off or video blind zone existed possibly by the single camera, and improved the colliding detection accuracy. Simulation results show the algorithm is very simple and high efficient, also fast and accurate.
