Mr William Frawley has brought to our attention the following corrections: On page 247, the penultimate equation should have the lower limits of integration: O, –∞, X4, –∞, X2 respectively instead of O, –∞, –∞, –∞, –∞. On page 247, the last equation should have a four multiplying G(W/√7).
