This panel was held on April 9 at the CHI + GI '87 conference. It focused on human factors in software development. Human factors professionals need to dovetail their work into that of programmers, marketers, and managers, but how? How can they make sure that user interface design is part of the product development life cycle and that usability concerns in general are taken seriously?
