Cybercrime is not only relevant to large corporations, but to the millions of small businesses in the United States. According to the US Small Business Administration and the Small Business Act, a small business is an independently owned entity and not dominant in its field of operation [4]. The US Small Business Act also states that the size definition of a small business varies by industry. The Office of Advocacy, of the US SBA, defines a small business as a business having 500 or fewer employees.
