An Identity-Based Signature Scheme Using Bilinear Mappings on Elliptic Curves

A new identity-based signature scheme, using bilinear mappings on elliptic curves, is proposed. The safety of this scheme is based on complexity of the Diffie−Hellmann calculation problem. The proposed scheme is compared to other similar signature schemes in terms of their effectiveness.
